Future, 2009

Hello 2009! It's the new year, time to throw all the unhappiness of last year away. Spent the last moments of 2008 emo-ing. Why do I emo? Because I promised myself not to get so upset about things in the new year (I may always look happy on the outside, but deep down I may be crying sometimes). How to emo? Well, watched Fruits Basket. I know it's an old anime, but I think its the best anime to emo on. If you wanna watch it, check out http://www.dubhappy.com/anime/fruit-basket/ A really touching story. Next, listened to emo songs from Show (as in 羅志祥). Liked his songs 第二順位 and 搞笑. They actually sort of depict how I'm feeling right now (the songs are in my playlist).

After all that emo-ing, it was time for the fireworks to burn the unhappiness away. It's time to let go after this one last try.

Okay, my previous sentence must have made everyone curious, but I ain't gonna type what had happened just yet. Many exciting events coming up this January:

4 Jan: One Month Old Blog
Yes, my blog will be one month old on this day. I'll release this blog address to my friends gradually as a way to celebrate. More exciting gadgets coming to this blog.

5 Jan: Basic Theory Test
For those people who dunno what this is. This is a driving theory test. If I passed this test, I would be able to learn to drive a car for real. Passing also means I can go on to book a date for the Final Theory Test. Wish me luck!

7 Jan: Farewell
Sending off for 3 of my newly-found 'brothers' Hao Zi, Sihao and Wei Sheng to Tekong on this very day. Bye and take care.

17 Jan: NTU tour
Bet you all didn't know NTU is organising a tour for 'A' level students. I'm going to take a tour of the Nanyang Business School and School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. Do really hope I can get into NTU.

And then there's Chinese New Year, it comes rather early this year. Wonder what my relatives would say if I told them I have no school to study in. Ha!
