Present, Post Christmas 06 Outing

Okay, 06 outing was a cozy affair. Judging from the response on facebook, I figured that few were going for it and boy, was I right. It looked like some double clique outing plus some 'outliers' like me. But I'm not complaining. After all it's always good to meet up once in a while and furthermore, there's gift exchange. The only downside was spending money when I'm financially dependent.

10 of us were divided into 3 groups, the early birds, the diners and just Ben. The early birds had a tough day as there were no movies to watch. Some of us had already watched Twilight and Yi Man, while other movies like Transporter 3 and Bedtime Stories were late night entries. So we turned to bowling but had to wait for at least 30 minutes. In the end, we settled for pool and arcade to kill time while waiting for the diners.

As cash-strapped youths 'stranded' in a place like marina square, dinner selection became all the more difficult. Since it was a Friday, dining places became even more expensive to dine in. Had to camp outside Seoul Garden since there wasn't a table for 10 at that moment. But no worries coz Ben have not arrived and we still had presents to exchange. Got an exquisite crystal ball thingy from Kai Wei.

Dinner was a Tian Sheng early birthday dinner in disguise as we 'forced' him to eat more than he normally could till his face turned red (was it really because of the food or his calls from someone special?). So that's it, no more late night escapades like what Melissa and Jasmine would do. We just chatted on our way to the MRT and went separate ways.
